Director/Agent
Louis is Director and Agent to an elite list of Actors and Creatives. He has previously worked as an actor working within Theatre and TV & Film, in casting with Pearson Casting as a Runner and covering casting and as an associate agent at an Agency.
He also is a producer with his award winning production company - Future Spotlight Productions that gave new musical IN PIECES its European and UK Premiere with the Musical Film that picked up awards in London, Italy, New York and LA.
With this combined knowledge of being an experienced performer, on the casting and creative side of the table and knowing how to market a client in an ever changing industry, it was time to put these skills and knowledge into action and Innovation Artists was Formed.
Louis loves nurturing new and experienced talent - helping their wonderful artists achieve their goals brings him so much joy!

SCOTT

Agent
Jenni’s love for the arts started from a very young age, attending a full-time stage school as a child and continued her education at Stella Mann and Italia Conti as well as furthering her commercial dance training at Pineapple studios.
She has worked as both a performer, choreographer and creative director on countless music videos, fashion shows and TV shows Such as Celebrity Big Brother, Britain's Got Talent, Sky One’s A league of their own, and many stadium events including The O2 arena, Old Trafford, and Wembley.
After finishing her performing career Jenni began teaching ISTD Dance, singing and musical theatre at various performing arts schools across the North West as well as assisting at a children’s agency, this is where she found her passion for nurturing and developing talent and decided to switch to full time agenting in London at another West End theatre and TV agency where her client success includes shows such as Wicked, Starlight Express and Bat out of Hell to name a few.
With her knowledge and experience across the industry she has a clear understanding of the balance between what a performer needs as well as what is needed from a performer.
Jenni is very excited to start the next chapter of her career with Innovation Artists and help many performers achieve their dreams.
